EU Antitrust Agencies Vow To Shield Leniency Docs

Law360, New York (May 24, 2012, 7:29 PM ET) -- In the wake of a European Union court decision easing plaintiffs' efforts to access leniency documents, the bloc's national competition regulators decided Wednesday to strive to protect the materials companies turn over in order to protect antitrust enforcement.
