Obama Should Fight EU Airline Emission Plan, Sen. Says

Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 10:03 PM ET) -- Sen. Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., urged the Obama administration on Thursday to take an official stance before an international agency against the European Union’s cap-and-trade program requiring airlines that fly within its countries to pay for carbon emissions.
