Energy Groups Sue EPA In DC Circ. Over Biofuel Decision

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 1:47 PM ET) -- A pair of energy industry groups on Monday took aim at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Renewable Fuel Standards, lodging a suit with the D.C. Circuit over the EPA's decision to require refiners to blend fuel with ethanol or pay the agency for waiver credits.
