Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 11:06 PM ET) -- A report released Tuesday by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's inspector general found that embattled outgoing NRC Chairman Gregory Jaczko used "intimidating and bullying tactics" on employees at the agency.
In the report, the NRC's Office of the Inspector General identified more than 15 instances in which Jaczko's interactions with NRC senior executives and commissioners was not open and collaborative. The report cited NRC officials who said they felt they had been bullied into supporting the chairman's opinions.
