Verizon Pushes DC Circ. To Scrap FCC Net Neutrality Rules

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 4:55 PM ET) -- Verizon Communications Inc. on Monday dug its heels in against the Federal Communications Commission's net neutrality rules, telling the D.C. Circuit the agency overstepped its bounds and ran against the First Amendment when it imposed its controls on broadband providers.
