Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 3:23 PM ET) -- The U.S. Senate on Thursday confirmed four bipartisan nominees to a long-inactive privacy board tasked with providing a check on the government’s data-sharing practices, but failed to act on the nomination of a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission attorney fellow to lead the board.
