FERC Says Exelon Must Bring Own Claims Against Texas' PUC

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 6:42 PM ET) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ruled Tuesday that a Texas regulator had wrongly allowed an Xcel Energy Services Inc. unit to alter a tariff agreement with several Exelon Corp. units, but said it was up to Exelon to bring any enforcement action over the issue.
