Pa. Water Billing Suit To Stay Under Utilities Board

Law360, Philadelphia (August 29, 2012, 5:20 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear an appeal of a lower court's decision that the state Public Utility Commission has jurisdiction over a putative class action alleging the Pennsylvania American Water Co. failed to prorate charges.
