Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 7:21 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Wednesday issued a set of new rules establishing tolerances for food residues of three pesticides, including the controversial chemical clothianidin, which has been linked to widespread bee die-offs.
