Texas Voter ID Law Is Rejected By Federal Court

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 8:28 PM ET) -- A Washington federal court on Thursday rejected Texas’ bid for approval of a law requiring voters to show photo identification at the polls, saying the burden to obtain identification would unfairly affect minority voters.
