Calif. Lawmakers Pass Pension Reform Measures

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 8:57 PM ET) -- Capping off the end of California’s legislative session, state lawmakers on Friday approved an expansive pension reform package that seeks to cut pension benefits and increase the retirement age for new public workers as well as curb abuses that have allowed for some employees to collect excessive compensation.
