Fracking Decision Delayed As NY Anticipates Lawsuit Blitz

Law360, New York (September 10, 2012, 3:36 PM ET) -- A delay in New York State's decision to allow high-volume hydraulic fracturing has to do with making sure a new gas drilling plan, once announced, can withstand the concomitant litigation boom that is sure to follow, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday.
