Law360, New York (September 20, 2012, 8:31 PM ET) -- The state of Oklahoma on Wednesday filed a new legal challenge related to the health care overhaul's employer mandate, accusing the Obama administration of overstepping the law by making insurance premium subsidies available on both federal and state-based exchanges.
The suit takes issue with a final rule issued by the Internal Revenue Service that would grant federally funded tax credits to people buying health insurance on federally facilitated exchanges, as well as on state-run exchanges.
