FDA Defends Delay In Putting Food Safety Rules Into Action

Law360, New York (December 03, 2012, 6:47 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday urged a California federal court to toss a suit aiming to force the implementation of certain Food Safety Modernization Act provisions, saying it needs additional time and regulation before taking enforcement action under the provisions.
