CFPB Sets Policy For Wrongful Conduct Complaints

Law360, New York (August 05, 2013, 2:05 PM ET) -- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Monday spelled out to the public how the new agency will handle claims in the event that its employees are accused of wrongdoing.

The bureau said it will follow the procedures established by the U.S. Department of Justice for processing claims against the CFPB brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
