Mich. Senate Backs ACA Medicaid Expansion

Law360, New York (August 28, 2013, 1:27 PM ET) -- Michigan’s Senate on Tuesday voted to expand the state's Medicaid program under the Affordable Care Act despite opposition from a majority of Senate Republicans, putting the bill on a likely path to passage amid support from the state House and Gov. Rick Snyder.
