Minimum Wage Bill Advances In California Senate

Law360, San Diego (September 03, 2013, 6:46 PM ET) -- A California Senate panel on Friday approved a measure that would boost California’s minimum hourly wage by $2 over a five-year period, but the bill still faces more negotiations with business groups before heading to the Senate floor.
