Brazilian Firms Brace For New Anti-Bribery Enforcement

Law360, Miami (October 30, 2013, 9:48 PM ET) -- Multinational companies are rapidly implementing internal compliance and training programs as they brace for the impact of a recently passed Brazilian anti-bribery law, which attorneys at a Latin American legal summit said Wednesday they expect to be aggressively enforced thanks to nascent political-will to root out corruption.
