Law360, New York (October 14, 2003, 12:00 AM ET) -- The European Union will provide Vietnam with 1.5 million euros to uphold intellectual property, Asia Pulse reported.
The grant will cover a program that deals with many facets of intellectual property rights, including patents and industrial designs, trademarks, copyrights and related rights, geographical indications, layout-designs of integrated circuits and protection of undisclosed information, the newswire reported, citing Johan Armand, director of the EC-ASEAN Intellectual Property Rights Cooperation Programme (ECAP 2).
