CSC Settles DOJ Kickback Claims For $1.37M

Law360, New York (May 14, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Computer Sciences Corp., which provides technology for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the U.S. Navy, has agreed to pay $1.37 million to settle allegations that it received kickbacks on technology contracts with various U.S. agencies.

“We can confirm that we've settled this matter, but we emphatically deny that CSC engaged in any false claims or other wrongdoing in association with this case,” a CSC representative said in a news release.
