Jerry Brown signed AB 2053, which requires employers to train supervisors on the prevention of "abusive conduct" in the workplace. Since 2005, California employers with 50 or more employees have been required to provide sexual harassment training. Starting Jan. 1, 2015, AB 1825 sexual harassment training must also include training on the "prevention of abusive conduct."...
