Law360, New York (September 17, 2015, 12:01 PM EDT) -- On Aug. 27, 2015, the California Assembly approved A.B. 465. The bill, which was approved by the California Senate on Aug. 24, would prohibit California employers from requiring most individuals to enter into arbitration agreements as a condition of their employment. If signed into law by California Gov. Jerry Brown, this legislation will significantly reduce employer flexibility in the use of arbitration agreements....
