So every other December, ministerials are held in a location agreed well in advance, usually following an offer to host by a World Trade Organization member. In two weeks, WTO members, advisors, nongovernmental organizations and media will assemble in Nairobi, Kenya for the 10th WTO Ministerial and the first such ministerial to be held in Africa.
