Law360, New York (November 20, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- In an effort to improve price transparency, the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued a final rule Thursday requiring the posting of market information about the supply and demand fundamentals underlying natural gas markets.
Meanwhile, FERC also announced that it is seeking comment on whether it should require intrastate pipelines to post details of transactions with individual shippers in a manner comparable to the reporting requirements for interstate pipelines.
