Law360, New York (October 16, 2009, 4:02 PM ET) -- Online mortgage comparison service Mortgage Grader Inc. has accused several rivals — including Mortgagebot LLC and Amerisave Mortgage Corp. — of infringing a patent covering a credit processing method.
In a complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Mortgage Grader claims that the defendants’ respective interactive Web sites each infringe its patented credit and finance processing patent.
The suit also names Zillow Inc., BankLoans.com LLC, American Internet Mortgage Inc., American Heritage Capital LP and AHC Lending as defendants....
