Law360, New York (February 04, 2011, 5:37 PM ET) -- A Florida real estate developer has asked the Eleventh Circuit to review a ruling that Mt. Hawley Insurance Co. had no duty to indemnify the developer for a $19 million settlement with homeowners who alleged their property suffered pollution damage.
Dania Distribution Centre Ltd. filed a notice of appeal of a finding of summary judgment for Mt. Hawley to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Thursday.
