Law360, New York (March 02, 2011, 3:40 PM ET) -- A group of real estate developers is requesting that a Texas court dismiss a Clean Water Act case and grant them three times the amount of attorneys' fees and expenses that have been incurred defending against the government action.
The developers — including LGI Development, JTI Contractors Inc., various affiliates and two individual executives — filed a motion for summary judgment Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
