Law360, New York (November 04, 2011, 6:21 PM ET) -- Books-A-Million Inc., Big Lots Inc., Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. and outdoor goods retailer REI will move into five former locations of bankrupt Borders Group Inc. in five states, landlord Brixmor Property Group Inc. announced Friday.
The leases, which total 128,000 square feet, make up the latest dent in the estimated $1 billion in lease obligations that remained when the bookseller shuttered the last 399 of its stores earlier this year.
