Law360, New York (November 08, 2011, 3:50 PM ET) -- Units of private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. took a stake in the Centro Retail Group ahead of an investor vote on the shopping center owner's restructuring plan, according to an Australian Stock Exchange filing Tuesday.
The three KKR-linked entities have invested in the Australian company at the level of "substantial holders," according to the filing, which did not provide details of the stake.
