Sparking Foreign Investment In Texas

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 12:59 PM ET) -- On Oct. 20, 2011, a bipartisan group of U.S. Congressmen introduced the Visa Improvements to Stimulate International Tourism to the United States of America Act (VISIT-USA Act, S.1746) designed to bolster the current housing market by luring foreign investors to buy homes with the promise of a residential visa.
