Judge Sets Date To Rule On Cellini Retrial Bid

Law360, Chicago (January 20, 2012, 8:48 PM ET) -- An Illinois federal judge said he will decide Tuesday whether convicted real estate investor William Cellini deserves a new trial because a juror allegedly provided false answers during jury selection, setting the date after hearing arguments from prosecutors and the defense Friday.
