Law360, New York (February 03, 2012, 9:19 PM ET) -- Real estate investor CIM Group and developer Kushner Cos. have bought a seven-story office and retail property in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, the companies announced Friday.
CIM and Kushner plan to renovate the building at 200 Lafayette Street into a Class-A Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified office and retail property. Renovations are scheduled to begin later this year.
Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
