Law360, New York (February 09, 2012, 5:37 PM ET) -- Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP has snagged Mayer Brown LLP's London real estate chief to head up Katten's U.K. affiliate, the firm announced Thursday.
In addition to acting as managing partner of Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP, Peter Sugden will continue to develop his practice, which is focused on real estate investment, development, hospitality and leisure, as well as joint ventures and structured real estate transactions, Katten said.
