Law360, Los Angeles (February 08, 2012, 7:28 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday raised concerns that Bank of America Corp., which was sued in 2010 by the Nevada attorney general over the bank's allegedly deceptive mortgage practices, wouldn't get a fair trial in state court because Nevada has been ravaged by the foreclosure crisis.
