Paul Hastings Helps Starwood Spend $1.2B On Westfield Malls

Law360, New York (April 18, 2012, 12:47 PM ET) -- The Westfield Group will sell eight U.S. shopping centers for $1.15 billion to Starwood Capital Group and an unnamed buyer to focus on new developments, including its mall at the new World Trade Center in New York, the company said Wednesday.
