Law360, New York (April 26, 2012, 2:19 PM ET) -- The longtime associate general counsel of Ohio-based commercial real estate investment trust DDR Corp. has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC as a member in its Cleveland office, McDonald Hopkins said Wednesday.
Ketan K. Patel, a former attorney with McDonald Hopkins before moving into several in-house counsel positions, will rejoin the firm in its real estate practice, a part of its business department.
