Kodak's Naming Rights To Theater Go To Dolby

Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 6:02 PM ET) -- Eastman Kodak Co.'s cast-off naming rights for the erstwhile Kodak Theater on Tuesday went to top bidder Dolby Laboratories Inc., with the Academy Awards ceremony's home now named the Dolby Theatre and severed from its relationship with the bankrupt photography company.
