Domino Sugar Project's $125M Refinancing Wins OK

Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 5:59 PM ET) -- A New York state judge refused Tuesday to block a $125 million refinancing of the 11-acre, 2,200-unit Domino Sugar Refinery residential housing project on the Brooklyn waterfront, ruling that the project's managing member has the right to refinance the deal.
