Chicago's Landmark Protection Law Upheld Once More

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 7:07 PM ET) -- An Illinois judge on Wednesday threw out for the second time a challenge to Chicago's historic landmark protection law, after the case was reopened in an appeals court at the request of the suit's property owner plaintiffs.
