Green Building Rating System Has Gaps, Experts Testify

Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 3:05 PM ET) -- Experts at a U.S. House of Representatives hearing on Tuesday criticized a widely used green building certification system for not considering the full environmental footprint of building materials, and also questioned whether such ratings accurately reflect energy savings over time.
