Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 2:32 PM ET) -- A New York shoe retailer sued the New School over the construction of a 16-story, $353 million residential and classroom building on Friday, claiming the project is causing damage to its adjacent business.
The suit, filed in New York State Court, alleged that both the design and the construction of the project has both caused physical damage to the store and negatively affected business.
