Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 5:43 PM ET) -- Covington & Burling LLP plans to move its headquarters to a new Washington office complex under construction, taking over 420,000 square feet and becoming the complex's anchor tenant, the project's developers announced Tuesday.
The firm has signed a letter of intent that, if executed, will bring the leased rate of the office space for CityCenterDC to more than 80 percent, developers Hines Interests LP, Archstone and TFI US Real Estate Fund said.
