Agency Ends Eminent Domain Row Over $80M Fla. Project

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 6:19 PM ET) -- A community agency voted Wednesday to hand over the last bit of land that will allow developer Gold Coast Florida Regional Center to build an $80 million residential complex in Hollywood, Fla., in a controversial move ending a seven-year eminent domain battle.
