Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 7:52 PM ET) -- The creation of a task force that would put together a design review board for all future real estate developments in Miami-Dade County is one step closer to realization after clearing a county committee Wednesday.
In a unanimous 5-0 vote, the Miami-Dade Infrastructure and Land Use Committee voted through a resolution that will create a task force to look into what a review board could look like and what kind of criteria a board would be held to when judging new project proposals.
