Spectra Unit Wins Condemnation Orders For $1.2B Pipeline

Law360, New York (June 28, 2012, 9:35 PM ET) -- A Spectra Energy Corp. subsidiary left New Jersey federal court on Thursday with 10 orders for property rights that will help it move forward with construction of a $1.2 billion natural gas pipeline between New Jersey and New York, a company spokeswoman said.
