Law360, Chicago (July 02, 2012, 5:48 PM ET) -- An Illinois appeals court on Wednesday refused to revive Bluegrass Investors LLC's suit over the dilution of its interest in a Chicago real estate development, upholding a ruling that the developer wasn't required to literally comply with a financing notice requirement.
