NY Lobbying Deal Prompts Call For LDC Audit Authority

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 3:55 PM ET) -- A deal between New York's attorney general and three local development corporations to end illegal lobbying prompted a renewed call Monday from the state's comptroller for power to audit the groups, which conduct billions of dollars' worth of financing for city real estate projects to spur economic growth.
