Appeals Panel Pares Claims From Dakota Discrimation Suit

Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 4:57 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court pared several claims in litigious local financier Alphonse Fletcher's discrimination suit against Manhattan apartment building The Dakota and two of its board members Tuesday but allowed the suit's discrimination claims to stand.
