Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 7:58 PM ET) -- Homebuilders U.S. Home Corp. and Lennar Corp. sought Thursday to disqualify Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Reed Smith LLP from representing their opponents in a suit over a $134 million Maryland land purchase, claiming both firms had access to their privileged documents.
