Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 1:25 PM ET) -- A New York state judge ruled Thursday that Vornado Realty Trust’s suit seeking payment of increased rents from Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. LLC is not blocked by a 2011 judgment of $57 million for Vornado in a suit over earlier rent increases.
